the process
to wellness through curated lab data, lifestyle, and problem solving
I use a comprehensive approach, reaching beyond ‘root causes’ to help you uncover the real source of your health struggles—which can include everything from stress and a genetically unmatched diet to nutrient imbalances and the often-overlooked impact of environmental toxins (and a whole bunch of other things too long to list here).
My goal is to help you re-discover your resilience, embrace your inner brilliance, and get back to feeling like yourself again—learning strategies and health-building tools you will own for life.
Even the strangest symptoms are worth mentioning (and might be clues).
There's no gaslighting here.
this is not a handful of 15 minute appointments with surface level insights.
It's about investigating every part of your lifestyle and health history; About food, data, toxins, habits, and stress. It's about real actionable lab data and answers.
It's about digging deep to uncover the hidden gems in your personal health story that might just change your life.
It's about learning to trust your body and restore it's innate, brilliant system of maintaining balance.
It's about educating you to take control of your health — and getting back to doing whatever it is you really want to be doing with your life.
It'll take work, on both our parts But it's worth it.
If you've tried everything and feel like you're getting nowhere, it's time for a change.
This approach is a robust and radically different take on healing—the one I wish I had sooner—when I was rapidly becoming less functional every day.
health history + Lifestyle audit
Everyone is different.
Your brilliance is in your individuality, but that makes you difficult (or time consuming) to figure out, too.
We ask a lot of questions, and we look for clues in your history, your lifestyle, your lab markers, and for patterns that might be hiding in between the lines of typical testing and intake methods.
Functional lab testing
We have direct access to over 150 different professional lab tests, many of which you are able to do in the comfort of your home and submit via mail.
We select whichever tests we believe will lend the most critical insights into your specific situation, and that may be a little different from person to person.
FDN is a community. I also have a direct network of thousands of professional health consultants and coaches.
One-to-one consultations
That doesn't work for anyone, which is why healthcare and wellness advice can be so confusing.
You need an approach that is based off your data and takes into consideration all the things that make you, you.
One-to-one consultations ensure that the education you get is relevant and comprehensive, that you have the opportunity to ask questions and make pivots if necessary, and give you an accountability partner and personal troubleshooting guide as you navigate the world of self-testing, self-treating, and lifestyle optimization.
This short video explains how I work and what it’s like to work together.
virtual appointments + at home labs
Our work together is done virtually, so you can work with me no matter where you live.
This allows you to choose the right level of expertise for your health — without being limited to who happens to be local. Working virtually means our time is focused on you, your data, and your story — not logistics, commuting, rushed in-office visits, or limited to what insurance will or won't cover.
Most of the testing I use goes beyond the homeostatic environment of the blood, which is why it requires specialized functional methods rather than standard bloodwork alone. These are professional-grade labs that require a practitioner to order on your behalf, and most can be completed easily from home and shipped directly back to the lab.
If a blood draw is needed, we’ll coordinate with a professional lab or mobile phlebotomy service near you.
Are we a good fit?
I understand that time is precious, and I don't want to waste your time or mine.
I created this quick and easy form to give me just enough information and insight about your personal experience to start to determine if it's worth it for us to hop on an investigative call to discuss working together.
I will review your responses personally, (usually within 48 hours) and I will reach out to let you know if it seems like we might be a good fit.
next steps
Next up, we will hop on an Investigative Introductory Consultation -- I like to call this a Clarity & Discovery Call.
It's important to me that we both feel comfortable and confident working together, and essentially, that we 'vibe'.
I want to get to know you a little better, give you an opportunity to give me a little more background information, give you an overview of how I work, and answer any questions you might have.
Initial Consultations are $85 and we can discuss all available options to work together on this call.
If you choose to move forward, this amount will be credited toward our time working together.
Feel like you're ready for answers?
Let's get better aquainted and see if we're a good fit.
Living with chronic or unexplained symptoms can feel exhausting and isolating — especially when you’ve been dismissed or told everything looks “normal.”
This call is a supportive, one-on-one space where you won’t be rushed or minimized. I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you understand whether a whole-body, lab- and lifestyle-guided approach is the right next step.
This is an orientation call — a chance to get to know each other and see if working together feels aligned.
This call does not include medical advice.

FAQ section
You've got questions. We've got answers.
I work best with women who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or confused by persistent symptoms — especially those who’ve “tried everything” and still don’t feel like themselves. This approach is for people who want to understand why their body is responding the way it is, not just manage symptoms. This work is for those who truly want to heal and are willing to do the work — not those looking for another 'magic pill' or quick fix.
Yes. All client work is done virtually, which allows me to work with people anywhere while keeping our time focused on you — not commuting, sitting in waiting rooms, or rushing through appointments.
It also allows me to focus intently on a smaller body of clients and avoid the overhead of an in-person location — which equates to more of my dedicated focus and the ability to offer services at a fraction of others in this space.
This work focuses on patterns, physiology, and system-to-system communication rather than isolated symptoms or diagnoses. It’s designed to complement medical care, not replace it, by looking more closely at the root contributors to how your body is functioning (or not functioning well).
This work involves lifestyle and diet modifications alongside targeted self-treatment protocols and educating you on health building skills for life.
I use professional-grade functional labs that require a practitioner to order. Most go beyond standard bloodwork and assess how systems are functioning in real time — many of which can be completed from home and shipped directly back to the lab.
Hundreds of tests from many labs are available, but some of the labs we order from include: Fluids IQ, Mosaic Diagnostics, Diagnostic Solutions, Vibrant Wellness, and Precision Analytical.
That’s very common. In many cases, previous labs provide helpful context — and functional testing helps connect the dots between results that were reviewed in isolation or labeled “normal.”
In some cases, we may want to re-visit your labs if they're current, and in many cases we will reference them compared to more current labs to provide context and a progress review.
Each lab is different, and each person needs a different set of labs depending on their unique circumstance.
We offer labs at practitioner pricing plus a nominal (required) Medical Director Fee for processing, and do not upcharge for them.
We do not aim to profit off labs, we simply use them as necessary tools.
Yes, but not without ample context and data first.
My approach is individualized and collaborative. Rather than handing you a generic protocol, we build a plan based on your unique physiology, capacity, and goals — adjusting and monitoring as your body responds.
Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all timeline. Most clients work with me over 7-8 months, allowing enough time to understand patterns, support the body safely, and make meaningful, sustainable progress.
Often times we have an idea of what our time together might look like at the end of our first Discovery call.
Yes. Many of the people I work with feel reactive, overwhelmed, or worse when they “push harder.” This approach emphasizes pacing, capacity, and safety rather than forcing the body into change. Our timeline can be adjusted based on your individual capacity and progress.
The first step is a discovery call. It’s a low-pressure conversation where we talk through what you’re experiencing, explore whether this approach makes sense for you, see if we both feel like we would be a good fit, and decide together what the next steps might be.
in the meantime...
